Bundle Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Bundles are valid only for the products listed as part of the promotion. Substitutions or changes to bundle items are not permitted.
  2. Discounts: Discounts applied to bundles are valid only for the duration of the promotion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. Availability: All bundle items are subject to availability. In the event a product within a bundle is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value.
  4. Returns and Exchanges: Bundles must be returned in their entirety for a refund or exchange. Partial returns of bundle items are not allowed. Refunds will reflect the discounted price of the bundle.
  5. Promotions: Bundles cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  6. Shipping: Orders placed after the specified shipping deadlines may not arrive by the desired date. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
  7. Errors: We are not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.
  8. Personalized Messages: All personalized messages submitted with orders are subject to review and approval to ensure they align with our guidelines.

Shipping Info

Shipping Deadlines:
To ensure delivery by Valentine’s Day (February 14):

  • East Coast: Place your order by February 4.
  • Midwest & West Coast: Place your order by February 10-12.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for high-volume periods. Orders placed after the shipping deadlines cannot be guaranteed for Valentine’s Day delivery.

Carrier Delays:
While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, unexpected delays by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) are beyond our control. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. If you require urgent delivery, please select an expedited option to improve the chances of on-time arrival.

Weather or Unforeseen Events:
Severe weather or other unforeseen events may impact delivery times. Please plan ahead and order early to minimize potential disruptions.

Tracking Information:
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. Use the tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Order Cutoff Times:
All orders must be placed by 03:00 PM PST on the respective deadline dates to qualify for Valentine’s Day delivery.

 

Returns

Bundle Return Requirement:

  • Bundles must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns or exchanges for individual items within the bundle are not permitted.

Condition of Items:

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items showing signs of wear, such as hard water stains, residue, scratches, or any form of damage, will not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return Timeframe:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned bundle is inspected and deemed eligible, a refund (minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Support to receive a return authorization and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
